You will be contacted about 1 month before your start date to confirm details and to arrange a couple of free settling in sessions. You will then be sent an invoice for the deposit which is your weekly fee x4. Once the deposit has been paid the terms of notice will apply so if your child does not start the deposit will become non refundable. The deposit is kept in a holding account until your last invoice is due. It will be applied to that last invoice and any credit refunded if all payments are up to date and the correct notice has been given.
Registration forms can be downloaded here and returned via email or post. Please make sure you pay the registration fee either by cheque in the post or BACS (see details on the registration form).
The children will be taken either to Henry Prince Club room (next door to the church) or another nursery in Duntshill Rd. We have a reciprocal arrangement with them. You will be informed and kept up to date about how to collect your child.
